In the event of a medical situation, we provide on-ground assistance and coordinate necessary support as part of our guided tours. Any further evacuation or emergency transport, including air assistance if required, will be arranged in cooperation with local services and the rider’s insurance provider.
Our priority is to ensure appropriate communication, coordination, and support throughout the process in remote areas of Mongolia.

It helps set realistic expectations by showing what a rescue can and cannot involve in such conditions, so participants understand how emergency support may differ from what they are used to.
